Hi! I'm Colette Vanyo and I enjoy being a NAR Realtor® member here at the beautiful Alabama Emerald Coast. I have experience helping both buyers and sellers navigate the local real estate market. I service Gulf Shores, Foley, Fairhope and surrounding areas. I work with dedicated professionals to make the buying and selling process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. I have lived in a shore community all of my life and I love the beach lifestyle! We moved to southern Alabama in 2017, and it immediately felt like home. My husband and I are originally from the coastal area of New Jersey. I enjoyed working as an RN for over 20 years, and my husband served 25 years as a New Jersey State Trooper.
We could not be happier living here in Southern Alabama, and I am eager to share my knowledge of the area with you.
